Grand Canyon 3D terrain model
Arizona, USA

About this model
Carved by the Colorado River into the Colorado Plateau, the canyon is about 1.8 km deep in places. Seen as a block, the stepped walls of rim, buttes and inner gorge stand out sharply — one of the most dramatic models you can print.
The frame is 18 km across, centred on 36.0980° N, 112.1100° W. Open it in the editor to change the style, exaggerate the height, turn it into a circle, or move the frame — then download it for your 3D printer, as a poster or as a 360° video.
